The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have an enthusiastic approach to creating innovative dishes from locally sourced produce and demonstrate great attention to detail.Strong experience in restaurant & gastro pubs will be required along with proven leadership & team motivation abilities, strong hospitality management, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving & decision making.
