The role of a Cover Supervisor is varied, challenging, but also very rewarding and fun. The Role of a Cover Supervisor: * A cover supervisor’s primary role is to supervise pupils in the absence of their normal teacher, they will deliver high quality, pre-planned lessons to groups of 11-18 year old students. * As the work is pre-planned, you will be expected to deliver it to the students, manage classroom behaviour and provide feedback to relevant people within schools.
