The Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, youll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and technical support to customers across London and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include:
Visiting customer sites to install, service, maintain and repair beverage equipment
Working with a range of machines, including bean-to-cup, espresso coffee machines, and juice dispensers
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
Accurately completing all relevant service documentation
Acting as a brand ambassador by providing first-class customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a field service engineer role
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience within the coffee, juice, or HORECA sector is desirable but not essential
Whats On Offer:
£38,000 - £42,000 basic salary (based on experience and skill set)
Company vehicle
Monday to Friday schedule no weekends
24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
