Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Events and Marketing Manager to handle all external events and assist with beer launches. You’ll represent North at various events, promoting our beers and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Brew teams to maximise our presence and impact.
* Identify and plan events for North, focusing on ROI and brand building.
* Coordinate with event organizers, internal teams, and partners.
* Work with Brew Team to understand beer releases and create promotional materials.
* Update platforms such as the website and Untappd with release info.
* Manage logistics, staffing, and equipment for events.
* Represent North at events, handle setup, maintenance, and takedown.
* Gather content for social media during events.
* Attend network events to build relationships.
* Evaluate event success and support Marketing when needed.
We are looking for a beer and marketing enthusiast who has experience in planning and managing events in and around the hospitality industry.
* Experience in event management, preferably in hospitality.
* Availability for travel and weekend work, especially during peak season (April to October).
* Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for marketing, events, and beer.
* Attention to detail and strong IT skills.
* Industry knowledge.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Valid passport for worldwide travel.
