What You’ll Be Doing As an Employee Relations Advisor, you’ll be the Tier 2 specialist for employee relations matters and HR guidance. Working closely with managers and HR leaders, you’ll help ensure that HR procedures are delivered with consistency, legal compliance, and people-first values. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert advice and support on ER issues including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, and performance matters. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Support the HR team with initiatives across the full colleague lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, learning & development, and pay & benefits. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, projects, and policy updates. Respond to HR-related queries via shared inbox and provide consistent, high-quality service. Maintain accurate employee records in the HR/Payroll system, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance. Travel to various sites as required to support a geographically dispersed workforce. Essential Experience: Proven background handling varied ER casework, including disciplinaries and grievances. Experience supporting a multi-site, customer-facing workforce. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and remain resilient under pressure. Confidence in advising and building relationships at all levels of the organisation. Full driving licence required due to occasional travel. Why Apply?
