Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs.
* Assist with coursework, emotional well-being, and personal development.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of student's Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Requirements
* Minimum of six months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
* Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for supporting students with SEN.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* The legal right to work in the UK.
