Role & Responsibilities
* Lead residential development projects, ensuring quality and compliance
* Produce technical drawing packages and design presentations
* Manage project budgets and specifications
* Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee site inspections
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 4 years' experience in residential architecture
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience with developer-led projects preferred
