Engineering apprenticeship
WB Power Services is currently recruiting for Engineering Apprentices to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme, based at our Head Office in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals to begin a long-term career in engineering with one of the UK's leading power generation specialists.

The Apprenticeship
Our structured 5-year programme combines hands-on experience with academic learning. You'll gain a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Electro/Mechanical disciplines, progress to HNC, and finish with an HND qualification. During your apprenticeship you'll be primarily based at our Heanor head office, learning from experienced engineers and supporting our workshop and project teams.
On completion, you'll transition into a Field Engineer role, where you'll work regionally or nationally across the UK, supporting our Projects and Service teams. This pathway offers exceptional career progression and the chance to earn in excess of £50,000 once fully qualified.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum Grade 5 in Maths and English
* A genuine passion for engineering
* Full UK driving licence (or in the process of obtaining)
* Willingness to travel and work away when required in the Projects division
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
