Join us as a Head of Operations and Partnerships at Suffolk County Council and lead our countywide Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Adult and Community Services Social Care teams. Your role will be to: provide innovative leadership to social care teams deliver the Suffolk Social Care strategy for independence outlined in Supporting Lives and Connecting Communities provide leadership in delivering against the service’s corporate transformation programme, including a Supported Housing redesign and Transforming Care drive high-quality social work practice using the Signs of Safety model, including leadership of Suffolk’s AMHP service develop integrated working with Health and other colleagues be responsible for teams of around 150 social care staff with a budget of over £100m be a key part of the MHLDA Social Care management team deliver value for money. You will need A commitment to delivering the best services for people in Suffolk and demonstrable evidence of high performance and partnership working at a senior level within a local authority or other organisation with comparable scope, size, and complexity. You will have a working knowledge and experience of Mental Health Social Work and must be a registered Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP).
