The pharmacist will work within their clinical competencies in a multidisciplinary team, providing expertise in medicines management, conducting face-to-face medication reviews, managing long-term conditions, and handling prescriptions, addressing both public health and social care needs.
Enjoy working in a friendly, motivated team with access to outdoor and cultural activities such as kayaking, climbing, hill walking, diving, and traditional crafts and music. The community is accessible via a short flight from Glasgow, Inverness, and Edinburgh, with regular ferries to Ullapool.
