You’ll be supporting pupils as they take those all-important early steps in reading, writing, and confidence-building. What you’ll be doing: Supporting phonics groups using the Read Write Inc. programme Helping pupils build literacy, numeracy, and social skills Working closely with the class teacher to create a calm, happy classroom Bringing plenty of patience, care, and positive energy What we’re looking for: Experience delivering or supporting Read Write Inc.
