Responsibilities
* As an App Store Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the App Store, driven by our Business Development team. You will be creating processes that align the day-to-day of our partner-facing colleagues to strategic priorities and empower them to generate business growth. This position is a rare opportunity to contribute to a central team focused on establishing frameworks, strengthening cross-functional feedback loops and streamlining communication within a dynamic organization.
* Design, support, and improve workflows related to the core functions of App Store Business Managers.
* Manage communications across the global organization, ensuring timely updates, alignment, and accountability.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, and tracking frameworks for growth initiatives.
* Translate outcomes from growth initiatives and feedback from global teams into recommendations that influence strategy.
* Continuously improve internal systems to ensure their flexibility, efficiency, and relevance to stakeholders.
* Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to drive consistency in execution across regions.
* Demonstrable experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or a related field.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
* Strong focus on business growth and organizational efficiency.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
* Skilled in presentation and analysis tools (Keynote, Excel) and familiar with workflow tools such as Airtable. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
