Since 1862, Ladurée has embodied French elegance, artistry, and refinement — renowned worldwide for its exquisite macarons, pâtisserie, and bespoke gifting collections. With over 100 boutiques across 17 countries and a growing UK footprint, Ladurée continues to set the standard for Parisian luxury in gastronomy and hospitality.
As the brand enters a new phase of strategic growth in the UK, we are expanding beyond our iconic boutiques and tearooms into corporate gifting, hospitality partnerships, weddings, wholesale, and luxury collaborations.
To lead this next chapter, we are seeking a visionary Head of B2B to design and deliver Ladurée UK’s commercial growth strategy — driving sustainable business development, forging high-value partnerships, and safeguarding the heritage and excellence that define our Maison.
To create, lead, and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy for Ladurée UK that delivers profitable sales expansion across multiple channels: corporate gifting, luxury hospitality, retail partnerships, private events, and wholesale distribution.
The role will balance strategic planning, business development, and operational execution, acting as a bridge between the UK Managing Director, Paris HQ, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Production).
