Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door/Passive Fire Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and long-term career prospects with a well-established and industry-leading client within the fire protection space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fire door and passive fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate fire door and passive fire protection contracts across multiple sites
* Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Oversee health & safety compliance, quality assurance, and documentation
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as required
* Ensure works are delivered in line with current legislation, standards (e.g., BM TRADA), and best practices
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
* Provide technical support and leadership to site-based teams
* Prepare and submit reports to senior management and clients
Requirements
* Proven experience managing fire door and passive fire protection contracts
* Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compliance standards
* Experience delivering projects in commercial, residential, or public-sector environments
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London

* Location: Candidates must be based within or near the M25
* Working Pattern: Hybrid – a mix of site visits, remote work, and occasional office meetings
