It’s a vibrant, well-run school where inclusion is more than a word, it’s part of everyday life. Your role: Provide 1:1 communication support using BSL Help the pupil stay engaged in lessons and group work Adapt resources where needed Work alongside a supportive class teacher You’ll be part of a team that genuinely pulls together, no lone wolf vibes here. The day-to-day: Supporting lessons across the curriculum Encouraging independence and confidence Being that familiar, reassuring presence Most days finish between 3:30 and 4:30. You’ll need: BSL Level 2 Experience in schools or with children A positive, can-do attitude All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
