Your Role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:

1. Prepare, measure, and build cost estimates, plans, and tender documentation
2. Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations


The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

1. 6+ years of qualified experience within the built environment
2. Chartered status - preferably
3. Full right to work in the UK and a clean driving license
4. Live within commuting distance to Chorley
