The opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Operational Coordinator to join an award-winning global innovation agency who partners with some of the best-known brands and retailers worldwide to transform customer experience through insight, technology, and creativity. What we're looking for:
Reporting to the VP of Planning & Commercial Compliance, the Sales and Operational Compliance Partner will be responsible for managing the administrative and compliance within the sales and project teams.
* Creating project folders and using ERP to ensure correct client and project information
* Preparing quotes for PO creation
* Creating part codes in ERP alongside the project manager
* Monitoring order confirmations/client PO’s
* Creating order confirmations for client teams
* Monitoring production ready dates and escalating if needed
* Supporting on the Logistics & international Shipping process
* Requesting project deliverables
* Supporting project reconciliations and data analysis on costs vs budget
* Chairing the weekly status meeting
What you'll bring:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
* Experience with international shipping is highly desirable
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong business acumen
* High level of initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and balance multiple projects while meeting quick turn-around deadlines.
* Knowledge of ERP systems
* Knowledge of VAT
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skill
* Proficiency in Dutch would be preferred but is not essential
