Whether you specialise in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, or beyond, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Support Individual Learning: Help implement personalised learning plans. Provide Targeted Support: Offer 1:1 and small group assistance tailored to student needs. Monitor Progress: Track student development and adjust support as required. Collaborate with Staff and Families: Work closely with teachers, support teams, and parents/carers. Create a Positive Environment: Help build a space where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged. Engage Learners: Use a variety of strategies to maintain student interest and adapt to different learning styles. Keep Accurate Records: Maintain documentation of student progress and share insights with staff. Requirements: A degree in your specialist subject or related field (essential). Teaching or tutoring experience (school-based or private) preferred. Strong subject knowledge and an ability to simplify complex concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to regular sessions during school hours or after-school. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
