You will be responsible for tracking the progress of students eligible for Pupil Premium funding, identifying gaps in their attainment, and working alongside teachers to implement meaningful interventions. Whether you are coordinating extra-curricular grants or analyzing year-group data to spot trends, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail. You’ll act as a key link between the Senior Leadership Team and the pastoral staff, ensuring funding is used with total precision to close the achievement gap.
