We have an exciting career opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to join the Site Leadership team at our Stoke bakery, a diverse and innovative FMCG environment where you can make a real difference by improving operational performance, creating growth, and contributing to a positive and engaged workplace culture. Reporting to the Site Manager, we need someone to lead, inspire, and influence in a role that gives a rare opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing operations. What You'll Be Doing Leading by example to cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Inspiring and developing operational teams, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Continuously improving product quality and manufacturing practices, developing initiatives that optimise performance and reduce costs. Collaborating across functions to implement national projects, sharing best practices for enhanced site and group performance. Actively contributing to the site and regional management teams, working towards shared goals and strategic objectives.What We're Looking For ✅ Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment.✅ A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is advantageous, but not essential. ✅ A critical thinker, with strong project management skills, and the ability to present to a range of stakeholders. ✅ A positive attitude with the ability to lead, influence, and develop teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. ✅ A resilient, results-focused mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful change.
