Content Producer - Post-Production & Design
Location: Elstree (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Salary: £40,000
Start Date: January 2026 (option to begin a few days in December)
A leading creative production studio is seeking a Design & Post Producer to oversee post-production and design delivery across major accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced post environment and enjoys balancing creative oversight with hands-on project management.
The Role
* Manage design and post-production workflows across a variety of deliverables.
* Oversee delivery of creative assets including:
o Digital OOH
o Brochures
o Marketing collateral
* Supervise designers and ensure high-quality design output.
* Maintain timelines, manage feedback rounds and ensure work is delivered accurately to spec.
* Collaborate closely with post teams and designers to maintain high standards.
* Liaise with shooting producers when required (this role is not shoot-focused).
About You
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in production, post-production or design.
* Strong understanding of design processes and post-production workflows.
* Not suitable for candidates looking for shoot production roles (limited travel/on-set work).
* If coming from a design-heavy background, must demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for production and managing post workflows.
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure.
* Ambitious and keen to grow within a large, high-performing production environment.
Working Model
* Elstree-based office, 4 days per week
* Potential 1 day WFH for post team depending on scheduling
* Start date January 2026 (with optional December onboarding days)
