You'll be joining a well-established business within the hospitality and leisure sector. We have over 900 customer owners on park, over 30 hire vans, 20 camping cabins, and 5 geo domes, as well as offering touring and camping experiences across our 4 Holiday Parks in Portrush and in Antrim.

Person Specification
You will need to be organised, pro-active and a problem solver. You will ideally have 3 years' grounds/maintenance experience, in a similar industry.
You will be able to motivate the grounds maintenance team to achieve results within deadlines.
A working knowledge in lawn mowers, and other grounds maintenance tools and machinery is essential.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a good working knowledge of general maintenance, repair and ground care skills, and the ability to prioritise and adapt in a changing and challenging environment.
You must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be adaptable and flexible to help the wider park team meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
You will be a self-starter and ambitious, with a desire to drive continuous improvement within your area.
Essential Criteria
· Hold a full driving licence and relevant other grounds maintenance and grass cutting plant machinery training
· Experience in working under pressure and delivering work schedules on time
· Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including safe use of machinery, PPE, and risk assessments
· Knowledge and working experience of pesticide spraying
· Broad experience in 'handyman' work.
· Experience of supervising and leading a team
Desirable Criteria
· Experience in risk assessment and working from checklists
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in caravan siting within the holiday park setting
· Understanding and knowledge of siting health and safety policies
· Knowledge of industry health and safety regulations
· Experience of supervising and leading a team
· Experience in preparing and managing Hot Tubs
