THE PERCEPTION BAR & W LOUNGE

W London’s standout bar and lounge overlooking the vibrant streets of Soho and Leicester Square. This isn’t just a workplace; it’s where striking design, boundary-pushing cocktails, indulgent dining, and cutting-edge music and events come together to create an unforgettable scene.

YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

1. Craft and serve high‑quality juices, smoothies, and coffee beverages to W standards, ensuring consistent flavour, presentation, and speed.
2. Deliver exceptional, energetic guest service, creating a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.
3. Set up and maintain the morning beverage bar, ensuring all equipment, ingredients, and garnishes are stocked, fresh, and ready for service.
4. Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including cutting fruit, batching juices, and organising mise en place for peak efficiency.
5. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area, following food safety and brand guidelines at all times.
6. Operate coffee machinery and blending equipment safely and confidently.
7. Responsible for the daily operations at The Perception Bar. You are part of a bigger team, and the entire team is responsible for making the guests dreams come true.
8. Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each order and interaction.
9. Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences.
10. Making sure everything sparkles, we all enjoy a clean environment
11. You will be working in a fast paced environment, under pressure, with loud music.
12. We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with. We expect you to be flexible to work with other departments. You’re not the only one on stage.
13. Communicating with your team and other departments is key.
14. Make sure you put the guests at the center of everything we do. Any task that is not mentioned in this list but that may create an unforgettable experience for our guests is on your to do list.
