This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional tomanage and develop our Front of House operation, ensuring the highest standardsof customer experience while achieving financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* - Lead, coach, and develop the Front of House team to achieve excellence in performance and customer service.
* - Support the team during peak periods, demonstrating best practices and ensuring optimal resource management.
* - Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and 1-1 sessions to motivate and drive positive behaviours.
* - Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to develop and implement customer and colleague journey strategies.
* - Conduct customer journey reviews to enhance the overall experience and maximise profitability.
* - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring fair resolutions and implementing preventive measures.
* - Ensure accurate data collection and adherence to consumer legislation and trade practices.
Qualifications:
* - Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in a customer-facing environment.
* - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing successful teams.
* - Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on maximizing profitability.
* - Knowledge of current consumer legislation and trade practices.
* - Valid driving license free from excessive penalties.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
