We are now expanding into London, establishing our first UK-based presence to serve European clients and build a high-performance commercial hub.



To accelerate this expansion, we are hiring a London Expansion Lead, a senior operator who can build the market from the ground up, open doors, close flagship clients, and establish YAZ Media as a top-tier partner in the UK.


Role Overview:


This role is entrepreneurial, senior, and commercially aggressive.


You will be responsible for:


* Launching YAZ Media’s presence in London
* Building the UK pipeline from scratch
* Securing high-value clients and anchor accounts
* Establishing partnerships and market visibility
* Acting as the commercial face of YAZ Media in the UK
* Reporting directly to the CEO in Dubai
* This is a role for someone who wants to build a market, not just manage one.


Key Responsibilities


1. UK Market Launch & Commercial Expansion

* Lead the expansion and establishment of YAZ Media’s London presence.
* Build and execute a UK market-entry strategy aligned with YAZ Media’s global positioning.
* Identify high-value opportunities across enterprise, government/public sector, fintech, retail, and lifestyle.
* Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of UK prospects.
* Deliver predictable commercial growth in line with quarterly and annual revenue targets.


2. Business Development & Deal Closing

* Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → pitching → negotiation → closing.
* Secure long-term retainers and anchor accounts that establish YAZ Media’s UK footprint.
* Drive C-level relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
* Position YAZ Media as a differentiated, strategy-led creative and media partner.


3. Strategic Partnerships & Network Building

* Establish partnerships with industry platforms, agencies, accelerators, government bodies, and enterprise ecosystems.
* Represent YAZ Media in industry events, meetings, conferences, and key London creative/tech circles.
* Build a network that accelerates credibility and deal flow.


4. Proposal Excellence & Commercial Strategy

* Lead the creation and delivery of high-level proposals, RFP responses, and strategic pitch narratives.
* Work with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams in Dubai to deliver winning solutions.
* Ensure every proposal communicates clear strategic value, innovation, and financial impact.


5. Client Advisory & Relationship Stewardship

* Act as a senior advisor to UK clients, guiding strategic decisions, brand growth, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Develop strong relationships to generate long-term growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Oversee onboarding and ensure seamless integration between UK clients and Dubai delivery teams.


6. Leadership, Reporting & Intelligence

* Provide regular market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing shifts, trends, and regulatory nuances.
* Collaborate with leadership to refine service models and UK-specific positioning.
* Potentially mentor or build a small UK commercial team as growth scales.



Required Skills & Experience

* 7–12+ years in senior business development or partnerships roles, ideally inside media, advertising, creative, tech, consulting, or enterprise services.
* Proven track record of closing large deals (£200k+ retainers, annual scopes, or enterprise-level engagements).
* A strong professional network in London’s business/tech/creative ecosystem.
* Strategic communication, strong executive presence, and excellent negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes without hand-holding.
* Familiarity with UK public sector procurement, enterprise decision-making cycles, and competitive agency landscape is a strong plus.
