Maths Teacher – Sherborne

A vibrant and supportive secondary school in Sherborne is seeking a committed Maths Teacher to join their staff team from January 2026. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is eager to inspire students and foster a strong understanding and enjoyment of mathematics.
The successful applicant will teach engaging and well-planned Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping learners of all abilities to thrive and build confidence in the subject.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Hold QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Confident classroom management and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to design and deliver imaginative, curriculum-focused lessons.
• Solid subject knowledge and a drive to maintain high academic standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and support students.
• A reflective, adaptable teaching style that prioritises individual learning needs.
