Payrate: £12.50 ++
Working Hours: Part Time (0 Hour Contract)
We are working with a large company who support adults who have learning and physical disabilities within supported living homes, we are looking for compassionate and motivated support workers who are dedicated to making a real difference in every service user we support life.
We believe that it is integral that every person feels heard valued and supported to reach their full potential.
This role will require you to be flexible and committed, you will need to be confident with following individuals care plans and supporting with behaviours that challenge.
Minimum Requirements
Six months of UK care experience (working with people who have learning and physical disabilities)
Fully enhanced child and adult DBS.
Confident supporting with behaviours that challenge.
A good level of written and spoken English.
Genuine caring nature.
Willingness to get stuck in and use your initiative.
