Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead - Training to drive the modernisation, integration, and uplift of Defence training capabilities across Defence Digital programmes. This role is critical in ensuring Defence personnel are fully equipped to adopt and exploit new digital solutions, enhancing operational readiness and long-term capability.
You will lead digital learning strategy development, training needs analysis, and the transformation of training systems and processes, working with multiple Defence stakeholders to embed training as a core enabler of digital adoption.
Must be SC cleared.
Key Responsibilities Training Transformation & Strategy
* Lead the transformation of Defence training to support digital and data-enabled operations.
* Develop training transformation roadmaps covering policy, processes, digital learning tools, and workforce capability uplift.
* Align training plans with Defence Digital programmes and enterprise training strategies.
* Integrate training design with digital platforms and operational systems to deliver accessible learning experiences.
