The Role:
Supporting project teams on condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and other building surveying tasks
Assisting in advising clients on practical and sustainable solutions
Contributing to project documentation, reports, and recommendations
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders under the guidance of senior colleagues
Keeping up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations
Learning best practice approaches to sustainability, retrofit, and conservation projects You'll bring:
Some experience or a strong interest in building surveying, heritage, or retrofit projects
A relevant qualification (BSc/HND or equivalent) or working towards MRICS To apply:
