General Sales Manager – Main Dealer | Epsom Area
OTE £95k | Basic £45k–£50k | Company Car + Parking
Are you a proven leader in the motor trade with a strong track record of driving sales and managing high-performing teams? Our client, a well-established main dealer based in Epsom, is actively seeking a driven General Sales Manager to take full ownership of their dealership and lead the team to achieve outstanding results.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role offering excellent earning potential, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference within a thriving dealership environment.
The Role:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the dealership

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed new and used vehicle sales targets
*
Drive sales performance, profitability, and maintain exceptional customer service and compliance standards
*
Collaborate with senior management to deliver site growth, operational excellence, and profitability

What You'll Need:

Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within the main dealer network

A hands-on, proactive leadership style with a strong record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
*
Deep knowledge of the motor trade industry, compliance, dealership operations, and customer service excellence
*
High levels of professionalism, energy, and a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
