We are working with a warm and inclusive SEN school in West Drayton that is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant in this specialist setting, you will: Support pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and sensory or physical needs. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning and support plans. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and develop key life skills. Promote independence, confidence, and social interaction through positive relationships and consistent support. Assist in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (highly desirable). A compassionate, adaptable, and resilient approach to learning support. Strong teamwork, communication, and behaviour management skills. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of all pupils.
