What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the re‑construction of a key section of the SZC works.
* Lead the charge in ensuring safety, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
* Plan tactical logistics and engage stakeholders.
* Develop and implement detailed construction strategies and plans.
* Deliver projects into Sizewell C with safety and quality at the forefront.
* Collaborate with contractors, regulators, and government bodies.
* Drive innovation and embed lessons learned for world‑class delivery.
* Apply CDM regulations and demonstrate proven implementation.
What We’re Looking For
* Industry expertise within construction and civil engineering.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large, technically complex projects.
* Proven leadership and ability to inspire, resolve complex issues, and foster collaboration.
* Technical knowledge of construction methodologies, CDM regulations, and earned value management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Degree and chartered status in engineering, construction, or related field desirable.
* SMSTS and CSCS site manager card – essential.
