Project Administrator (Job Ref 25-38)
Salary - £23,492.04 per annum. Full time - 37 hours per week
Permanent Contract - based in Exeter YES centre
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Wellbeing Service team. You will be managing bookings for young people, supporting staff with our case management system, and play a key part in improving processes that shape the quality of our service.

Alongside project and business support, you'll also contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of our Exeter centre—helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.
This is a varied role—you'll balance admin, data management, and project support with real opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young people.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organised, detail-focused, and confident with data and IT systems.
* A clear communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.
* Proactive and solution-focused, with a genuine interest in improving processes.
* Committed to our values: kindness, collaboration, commitment, authenticity, and inclusivity.
