Job Description The Campaign Build Specialist AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of customer data and journey experiences across Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AEP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional, ensuring data integrity, technical excellence, and best-practice execution. This individual will also play a key role in developing team capability, establishing processes, and maintaining quality assurance standards across AEP delivery. What you’ll do Support the build and execution of campaigns and journeys within Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser. Configure audiences, segments, and data models using XDM schemas and datasets. Assist in translating campaign requirements into technical configurations within AEP. Build and maintain audience segmentation and campaign workflows to support marketing use cases. Support data validation, testing, and QA activities to ensure campaigns and journeys run accurately. Monitor campaign and journey performance and support troubleshooting where issues arise. Contribute to maintaining documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing across the team. Stay up to date with Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and best practices to support ongoing improvements.
