The role
:
This is a superb opportunity to join a progressive and forward thinking business who manufacture and distribute high quality products to wholesale and the general public.
Duties include:
1. To work reliably and accurately on the picking and packaging of orders ready for dispatch across all sales channels.
2. To ensure that dispatch errors are kept within the agreed KPIs
3. Replenishing and managing stock levels.
4. Managing the team (currently 2 people)
5. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
6. Adhering to all hygiene and health and safety policies.
7. To ensure that customer data is maintained in line with GDPR at all times.
8. Ongoing training of Fulfilment staff
9. Manage the Fulfilment site, and report any maintenance issues that arise.
Skills, competencies and experience required:
10. Due to rural workplace location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport (no access to public transport nearby)
11. Strong team player.
12. Good IT skills.
13. Enjoy working in a busy environment.
