About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Tier 1 Contractor delivering a high-value,plex project with an overall scheme value exceeding £20m. The successful candidate will take a leading role in driving the mechanical package through topletion, with the project scheduled to finish around August / September.You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical supervisors and managing multiple subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. This role requires someone confident in leading teams, coordinating with wider project stakeholders, and maintaining strongmercial and technical oversight.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the mechanical delivery on a major construction project
2. Manage mechanical supervisors and subcontractor teams
3. Oversee progress, quality, andpliance with project specifications
4. Coordinate with project leadership, design teams, andmercial teams
5. Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across all mechanical activities
6. Drive the project through to successfulpletion within the agreed timeframe
Requirements
7. Proven experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale projects (£20m+)
8. Background working with Tier 1 Contractors is highly desirable.
9. Strong leadership andmunication skills
10. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme performance
11. CSCS Black Card essential

13. £450 per day
14. 7–8-month contract
