Integration Engineer
A high-growth technology business is scaling its enterprise partnerships and needs a technically minded problem-solver to help bring new partners live. As onboarding volumes and deal complexity increase, this role plays a key part in turning commercial agreements into successful, real-world integrations.
This is a partner-facing, delivery-focused position where you’ll guide retailers from first technical conversation through to launch. You’ll sit between sales, partners, and engineers, making sure integrations are well-scoped, understood, and delivered smoothly.
You won’t be building the core product day to day, but you will get close to the technology: understanding APIs, working with webhooks, troubleshooting integrations, and translating between technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll own progress, remove blockers, and keep multiple onboarding projects moving at once.
What we are looking for
* A solid technical foundation and curiosity to deepen it, particularly around APIs and integrations
* Comfortable writing in JavaScript
* Confidence working directly with external partners and their developers
* Strong ownership mindset: organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
* Ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
* Background in pre-sales engineering, integrations, solutions, or technical account roles
* Exposure to scaling or fast-moving tech environments
* Interest in using AI or automation tools to improve efficiency

Salary: Up to £55,000 + up to £5K bonus
