Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Woolfox in Stamford. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the estate and members club.
* As General Manager you will be fully accountable for exceeding guest expectations, delivering the financial goals and objectives alongside team management and development for the team.
* Innovative with excellent leadership skills and a well-rounded knowledge of managing all operations alongside the teams managment.
* Inspiring, motivating, developing your team to continually surpass our guest expectations, whist identifying and delivering new revenue streams and opportunities.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all areas of Woolfox membership and property rentals.
* Monitor guest feedback and reviews and take proactive measures to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
* Working with the managment team on budgeting and financial performance of the business to achieve targets.
* Work with the marketing team to promote Woolfox and maintain a strong on brand Image.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and performance.
