What is the opportunity?Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignmentsWhat will you do?
1. Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
2. Provide technical support to end-users and perform problem resolution/troubleshooting within ServiceNow.
3. Ensure Performance is maintained.
4. Collaborate and interface with ITSM Support lead, ITSM Development Lead, ITSM Solution Architect, Performs general support, daily administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
5. Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
6. Provides support for loading, administration, and maintenance of data between ServiceNow and other systems
7. Works directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
8. Manages backups between ServiceNow and the data warehouse
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
9. Solid related experience working with ServiceNow
10. Experience with ITIL best practices and procedures
11. University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience as a Technical Analyst
12. Excellent communication skills, clearly conveys information and ideas through variety of media.
13. Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data model and relationships including workflows, UI design, and business rules
14. Experience with incident, change problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications
15. Experience with Performance Analytics
16. Strong organizational skills
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
Nice-to-have:
18. Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
19. Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
20. Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
