Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a leadership role in supporting the care team and encouraging their development and growth. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Person Specification
Qualifications
* Candidates should have previous experience as a Care Assistant, with a proven track record of providing high-quality, compassionate care. A relevant vocational qualification, such as an NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care, would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also essential.
