M&E Operations Manager Circa £60k Salary Facilities Management Stratford, East London Pension Scheme, Training, etc. One of the largest commercial FM & real estate providers globally have a requirement for an M&E manager to be based at one of the campus buildings for a Higher Education contract in East London. Working as part of a team and reporting into contract / account management, this role will take responsibility for day-to-day operations & delivery, ensuring compliance and reducing operational risk in partnership with the engineering team and support staff. Guideline salary for this position is £60,000 basic salary, along with company pension and a healthy training budget. Candidates will be fully qualified in an engineering discipline (mech or elec), ideally through a full apprenticeship, and have at least 5 x years experience in a Supervisory / Management position within a similar commercial / corporate environment. Along with core technical qualifications, additional training such as IOSH, NEBOSH, ILM, etc will be beneficial.
