About The Role
Our Adult Supported Living Home in Cala Sona, Swinderby, Lincoln is seeking Life Practitioners to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide essential support to residents, helping them live independent lives.
* Assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips.
* Use the company vehicle to transport residents to shopping, meals, appointments and outings (requires a full UK driver’s licence held for 2 years or more).
Qualifications
* Passion for care and motivation to contribute to others’ progression.
* Strong team player.
* Resilient and confident in seeking support when needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
