Job Description
* Overseeing production line operations in line with company targets and quality standards.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Implementing effective resource management strategies.
* Leading and motivating a team to reach production goals.
* Coordinating with other departments to optimise production processes.
* Constantly seeking opportunities to improve systems and procedures
* Ensuring KPI's are achieved
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

* Proven leadership experience within a production environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and quality
* Ability to deliver quality results under pressure.
* Self-motivated.
