To growprofitable sales revenue for Adam Equipment in line with thecompany strategy and growth plan. You will effectively developexisting customer accounts to grow both revenue and profit andproactively identify target and win new customer accounts. You willact as an ambassador of Adam Equipment at industry exhibitions andevents.
Toensure that Adam Equipment maximizes on all commercialopportunities with new and existing customers. Take ownership ofthe internal sales/ sales enquiries process to fully understandcustomer requirements and match with Adam Equipments productportfolio.
Proactivelyidentify revenue opportunities be it missed opportunities or newopportunities with existing dealers/OEMS.
Requirements

Reviewcustomer profiles to understand account activity buying patternsand identify lapsed but high potentialcustomers.
Segment customers into vertical markets and producttypes.
Research all customers to ensure a full understanding of theirproduct mix/service offering identifying where there may be missedopportunities.
Review the CRM/ ERP system to ensure data accuracy andcollection.
Review all proposals to identify any missed opportunities on eachproject what else can AEoffer.
Review and recommend improvements to the S&OP to helpautomate or improveefficiency.
Identify areas of opportunity for additional marketing collateralto communicate the full range of Adam Equipments product portfolioand educate customers on what Adam Equipment canoffer.
Develop aids and prompts for proposals/sales colleagues to fullyexplore the customers requirements beyond the initial salesenquiry.
Identify online marketing opportunities to promote Adam Equipmentsoffering across keyverticals.
Review internal sales KPI s to promote cross selling/accountmanagement.
Introduce best practice account managementprinciples.
Previous experience in an internal sales/ account management rolewith a strong commercial focus anddrive.
Helpidentify leaning out business processesS&OP.
Strategically identify and understand route to market (Dealers/OEMS).
Trackrecord and review contractreviews.
Update and management of the company CRM/ ERPsystem.
