Head of Finance
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join a growing, private equity-backed business based in Leeds. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the UK & Ireland finance function, with additional dotted line oversight of EMEA finance teams.

The Role
Reporting into the Group CFO, you will:
* Lead the UK & Ireland finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, management accounts, and cashflow
* Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple disciplines
* Provide guidance and oversight to EMEA finance teams, ensuring consistency and best practice
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and support strategic decision-making
* Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Financial Controller / Head of Finance)
* Strong technical expertise across financial and management reporting
* Experience leading and developing finance teams
* Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within a multi-entity or international environment is advantageous
