About you:
You will join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative, where you will focus on creating new sales opportunities and building a healthy pipeline. You will use smart, easy‑to‑use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to spot promising prospects, reach out in a personal way and help guide early conversations. You will play an important part in supporting our sales representatives and helping customers discover how Access Group can support their business.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
Generate new sales pipeline by researching and contacting prospects, using AI tools to help you find the right people
Create personalised outreach across different channels, with support from AI to choose the best timing and message
Build simple, clear territory plans that show where to focus your time and energy, working closely with the wider Sales team
Nurture early opportunities by using AI insights to tailor your approach and keep prospects engaged.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience working towards goals in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in territory planning or account management
A strong understanding of how businesses work and what drives buying decisions
A natural interest in technology and data, and confidence using new tools
