* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.

* Keep up to date with industry regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance.
Profile
A successful Health & Safety Advisor should have:
* A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
* Experience in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.
* Proven ability to deliver training and communicate safety measures effectively.
* Knowledge of incident investigation processes and reporting standards.
* Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Job Offer
