Role Description
The Partner Marketing Lead will play a key role in growing pet owner lead generation through a range of different pet insurance partnerships. Activity will include the management of B2B and B2B2C marketing materials and supporting all aspects of partner trading activity.
Location: Datchet Ditton Park
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £50k per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
1. Monitor and grow key partner lead generation performance inline withmercial objectives.
2. Deliver effective B2B and B2B2C marketing activity, utilising the full marketing mix.
3. Attend external partner meetings and build positive working relationships
4. Create sales support tools, including training and pitch documents.
5. Attend and assist in the delivery of industry and partner events
6. Oversee the design and delivery of partner and customer digital journeys to optimise performance
7. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver success for our business and partners
8. Identify and access growth opportunities and work collaboratively to implement action at pace
9. Manage the sign off of marketing assets and product information inline with internal processes and Financial Conduct Authority rules.
10. Assist in the delivery of the successful deployment of change projects and proposition enhancements
11. Present information to internal stakeholders and partners
12. Analyse and report on partner performance and marketing campaign KPIs
Essential Skills
13. Marketing/trading experience with proven experience leading marketing campaigns
14. Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with exceptional attention to detail
15. Previous experience working with agencies, partners or suppliers
16. Excellent verbal and writtenmunicator with proven stakeholder management skills
17. Collaborative and enjoys working cross-functionally
18. Self-starter with the initiative to drive projects at pace.
19. Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Desirable Skills
20. An interest in pets, pet welfare and the veterinary industry
21. Insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
22. CIM educated or working towards is desirable but not essential
23. Experience using Adobe Marketo desirable but not essential
