Job Description
As a leading 3PL provider, IT is at the heart of our operation. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead with a strong warehouse/logistics background to lead a high-performing team and drive solution delivery across multiple sites.
What you’ll be doing
1. Leading and developing a team of 6+ Business Analysts across multiple locations
2. Acting as the escalation point for BA and business queries
3. Managing workload, priorities, and performance of the team
4. Supporting project delivery across WMS, TMS and system integrations (EDI)
5. Partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions
6. Overseeing UAT, system improvements, and service performance (SLAs)
7. Driving continuous improvement within warehouse and logistics systems
Qualifications
8. Proven experience leading or mentoring a BA team
9. Strong background in warehouse operations / 3PL / supply chain environments
10. Experience delivering system changes across WMS, TMS or ERP platforms
11. Solid understanding of end-to-end project delivery (analysis through to implementation)
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
13. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
