3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management within the property industry.
4. Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
6. Organise and maintain files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the team as needed.
9. Support the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
10. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry or a related field.
12. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
15. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
16. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
17. Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
